I asked this questions earlier, but I still need help finding a sample
contract that I can have a sub contractor sign that says I am not liable
for him while he is working on my job. I know this still leaves me open to
a law suit, but I need something. I need just a sample and I can edit it ?
Anyone know where I can find a sample of one ?

Are you a contractor by any chance? You cannot absolve your responsibility when you bring in a sub-contractor. You are responsible by the very admission of your acquisition of sub labor. What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

I ask thia because I am a contractor who hires subs, I have to be responsible for their actions, I can't get out of that by a piece of paper that won't stand up in court. What you are trying to do requires legal advice.
