Remoulade was invented in France, is very much like tartar sauce, but is more yellowish (or reddish in Louisiana).

If the timing belt broke when you were moving 70MPH, that's not good. Between the timing belt breaking at high speed and the engine being run out of oil, it's likely you're facing some expensive repairs, possibly even a new engine. :-(

A broken timing belt can be minor or serious. Were you moving when it broke? How fast? In what gear?

As for the engine being out of oil, that is very bad. Was it really empty, or just very low? If it was really empty, you have serious problems.
