In RE: to downloading a song? Use your computer you set up the Ipod with or use the built in iTunes store on the touch to download directly to the device. you will need Wifi and the song will synch next time you connect at home.

I connnected my iPod touch to someones computer I try to buy songs but it asks for his password how to fix do I need Internet

Ipods are locked to just one single computer. If you want to buy songs you need to use the computer it was set up on or use the store on the ipod with wifi.
